1. Digital Products and Services

2. No Returns for Digital Deliveries

5. Subscription and Access-Based Products

For subscription, access-based, or account-linked products, refunds are not provided for unused time, partial use, or failure to cancel before renewal, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated on the product page.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Filing a false or abusive chargeback after successful digital delivery may result in suspension of service, denial of future purchases, and submission of order records to the payment processor as evidence.
